The series includes nocturnal snapshots depicting the cottages of homeless people. Although the works undoubtedly make the actual consequences of social problems visible, the dramatic effect is not due to the naturalistic way of depiction, but rather to the transcription of reality, which is achieved by the excessive use of light. The temporarily built homes of the socially marginalized people are covered in peculiarly strong light, in this way the photos project the archaic pictorial code of gentleness/grandiosity and the splendour of life on the image of poverty.
